At U Opata restaurant, I have the honor of combining my culinary knowledge with a passion for traditional Czech cuisine and local ingredients. I have professionally grown by working alongside some of the best chefs from around the world. I have been most inspired by masters like Alain Ducasse, Benoît Violier, Marcel Ravin, and Jan Hartwig. From each of them, I have gained valuable advice, techniques, and above all, a passion for creating unforgettable culinary experiences.
